Intro Letter:

The human body is a beautiful machine. It is mainly fueled by snacks, anxiety, and new music and it just keeps going. The fact that it doesn’t actually have real tiny scuba divers keeping it running is astounding (and a little disappointing). In celebration of our beautiful machines, I invite you all to turn up Taking Shapes and give our bodies that ultimate treat: movement! Lets do a hip twist for the lungs that let us sing along to our favorite songs! Lets do a high kick for the legs that take us to the mailbox! Lets do a rump shake for all the tiny things happening in our ears and how much we appreciate their work.

OK, back to practicing my air guitar…
